Alison Hammond is a fine example of how reality shows like Big Brother can act as a springboard for other fame. She competed in the 2002 edition of the show, and although she didn’t last long, she did make an impact and has since built a career as a TV host.

She is best known for her work on ITV’s “This Morning.” She was also known for being a bit on the heavy side, but she has been on a weight loss journey. This includes becoming a WW ambassador, getting a personal trainer, and changing her diet. In 2021 she appeared more svelte in “Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.”
